Cancellation Policy:

We try to be sympathetic, especially when cancellation has to be made for health reasons. We can sometimes re-let accommodation if given sufficient notice but we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:

• All deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the full cost of the booking
• Cancellation within 3 days of the arrival date will incur a charge of 75% of the full cost of the booking

Please advise us at the earliest possible opportunity if unforeseen circumstances dictate that you have to cancel. We can then discuss whether a charge is applicable.
